Heard Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.O.R.Maheswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

cse 2.The order passed by this Court has been complied with by the Government and G.O.Ms.No.210, Tamil Development Department dated 10.11.2017 has been passed and the pension amount has been sanctioned. However, the petitioner is yet to receive the financial benefits in his hand. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that within 15 days, payment will be effected. The respondent is directed to ensure that the payment is paid to the petitioner within the said time. 4.In the light of the compliance made by the respondent, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to reopen the matter, if need arises. No costs.
