2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the appellant shall not be entitled to interest for the period of 791 days.
4. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 791 days in filing the above CMA is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner/ appellant will not be entitled to interest for the period of 791 days.
5. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
