PRAYER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation given by the petitioners on 21.02.2017 to cancel the resolution No.9, passed on 13.01.2015 in the general body meeting of the society against the membership of the Petitioners with the society and for the declaration of the petitioners as eligible members of the society by directing the fourth respondent to collect monthly subscription from the Petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an appeal under Section 152 Sub Clause 2 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 in proper format before the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kanchipuram Region (i.e.) the second respondent herein within a period of two weeks
