ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is a case where due to family dispute in sharing the property, these petitioners along with the others had attacked 5 persons including the defacto complainant with deadly weapon causing grevious injury.
2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the defacto complainant was discharged on 28.03.2022 and advised to attend O.P. once in three days.
3. Learned counsel for the intervenor states that defacto complainant after discharging from the Government hospital has now been admitted as in -patient in Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai.

4. However, from the documents, this Court finds that 5 victims were badly injured, when they questioned the petitioners for putting up construction in the land, which is under dispute and not subjected to any partition among the family members. The police were able to secure these two petitioners and three others are still absconding. Therefore, the release of these petitioners on bail at this juncture may lead to recurrence of similar offence.
