Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.4132/2017/E1 dated 24.04.2017 quash the same and direct the respondents herein from interfering with the petitioner's property situated at Coimbatore Registration District, Gandhipuram Sub-Registration, Coimbatore Taluk, Sanganur Village in Survey No.217/3(part) measuring 1040 Sq.ft with RCC building and right to use pathway measuring 10 X 65 feet on north-western portion along with the building over it.
