Mrs.Meera Sreedhar v. No Respondent

OP No.323 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by T.Sreedhar, who died intestate on 05.08.2018. The first petitioner is the wife, the petitioners 2 and 3 are the children and the fourth petitioner is the mother of the deceased T.Sreedhar.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased T.Sreedhar, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased T.Sreedhar. The petitioners 2, 3 and 4 have filed their consent affidavits expressing their no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner. The said consent affidavits have been marked as Exs.P10, P11 and P12. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 25.07.2019 http://www.judis.nic.in jv
