Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 324 and 506(2) of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.25 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court on 09.03.2022, while considering the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners, dismissed the petition on the ground that the injured person in the alleged occurrence had sustained head injury and contusion over the right eyebrow and over the right cheek and further he was admitted in the hospital on 16.02.2022 as In-patient and got discharged subsequently.
3. Though, the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant is simple in nature, but the previous enmity between the petitioners and the defacto complainant is warranted.

4. Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioners and also considering that there is no change of circumstances, this Court finds that the petitioners still at large is a threat to the defacto complainant.
