2.C.M.P.No.5935 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased, 3rd appellant in the above C.M.P.No.21774 of 2022.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed.
4.The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.118785 of 2021, if the papers are in order.
