This application has been filed seeking to grant extended Succession Certificate in respect of the Schedule mentioned shares in the Original Petition No.371 of 2015.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would not have serious objections for granting the relief sought for in the application.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also taking into account there is no serious objection on behalf of the respondents, this application is ordered as prayed for.
