Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.A1/7565/2013 dated 03.03.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary with increments and allowances for the period from 28.04.2005 to 27.04.2006 suspension period, 28.04.2006 to 19.10.2008 compulsory retirement period, 20.10.2008 to 15.02.2009 compulsory wait period on the basis of the revised scale of pay of 1/4

Rs.14,000/- on the recommendations of the VI Pay Commission effective from 01.01.2006 and also revise the pension payable to the petitioner on the basis of revised scale of pay and pay arrears of pension to the petitioner with interest due from the date when the amount was due. ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
