The Criminal Revision is filed, challenging the order, dated 22.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.55427 of 2023 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.II, Egmore, Chennai.

2. This Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) C.P.C, seeking to register an FIR.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.52 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and a copy of the same has also been produced.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
