Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P No.867/2022 dated 19.01.2022 and pass such further or other order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.ELANGOVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to execute the sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.867 of 2022, dated 19.01.2022.
2. This Court on 19.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri, within a period of fifteen days.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has to obtain surety bond from the Village Administrative Officer, Nadupatti and he is incharge officer for ten other villages thereby https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
there was delay for obtaining surety bond and thereby he could not able to comply the condition within a time stipulate by this Court.
5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for executing sureties time is extended till 18.04.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
