The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the rejection order passed by the respondent in Roc.No.101/2019/JN5/SCM2 dated 14.03.2022 quash the same and direct the respondent to disburse the bill amount of Rs.12,30,17,814/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirty Lakhs Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fourteen Only) to the petitioner, towards the value of the work done (Restoration and rejuvenation, Restoration of B.T.Surface, and implementation of Energy efficiency projects) by the petitioner in Coimbatore Corporation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made Page No.2 of 5

an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
