JUDGMENT

The factum of the death of the sole appellant is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant on 03.07.2024. Thereafter, the case was taken up on 19.02.2025. On 19.02.2025, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the case was posted today for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1/4

appellant.

2. Even today also no steps are taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Hence, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
