Since this Court expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Writ Petition is not maintainable since the petitioner seeks for cancellation of a registered document, the learned counsel for the petitioner has now made an endorsement in the Court bundle, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but however he seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, seeking for the very same relief. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty as prayed for by the petitioner.
