ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This Court vide its order dated 26.04.2024, appointed Mrs.Sudharshana Sunder, to mediate the dispute between the parties and to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. 2.It is now informed that the Mediation has been completed and both the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement on 07.06.2024, wherein they have agreed to reconcile and live together. The settlement agreement, dated 07.06.2024, signed by the respective parties have been produced before this Court.

3.In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. The above Habeas

Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly. The signed Settlement Agreement dated 07.06.2024 is hereby recorded and taken on file. No cost. [M.S.R., J] [S.M., J] 13.06.2024 kas Index : Yes / No To.
