Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 am and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court Crl.O.P.No.25888/2021 dated 12.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25888 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the first petitioner, who is suppose to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e,., 1st and 15th of every month has not complied with.

3.Being the person ailing from Andhra Pradesh this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in view of any co-operation. 4.As far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, he is suppose to report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday. 5.The leaned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the presence of the 2nd petitioner once in a week is required for completion of investigation. 6.Hence, this Court finds no merit in the application for relaxation of the condition at this stage.

7.In view of the above facts, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
