This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint pending 1/4

on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai East Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard Mr.S.Silambuselvan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.707 of 2021 on the file of second respondent police. The quash petition filed by the petitioner was allowed and hence, the petitioner was called only for completion of enquiry and she is no more required for enquiry.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
