ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries based on the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.02.2024 and 06.05.2024.

2.Heard Mr.C.Ramaraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on

3/6 behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property through a registered Partition Deed dated 14.05.2001 registered as Document No.611 of 2001. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the joint patta issued in Patta No.1471. The petitioner submitted an online application on 06.05.2024 seeking for survey of the subject property in order to subdivide and to issue individual patta in the name of the petitioner. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.02.2024 and 06.05.2024 and conduct the survey based on the title document and the joint patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and complete the process, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this

4/6 order. If there are any rival claims, the survey shall be conducted in their presence and the 4 th respondent shall ensure that no law and order problem is created.
