ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to allow the above Criminal Revision Petition and set aside the order passed in M.P.No.543 of 2021 in M.C.No.27 of 2021, dated 28.01.2022 by the Learned III-Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai as illegal. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the issue involved in the present petition has already been settled before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
