C O M M O N J U D G M E N T When these matters were listed on 09.02.2026, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter had already been settled between the parties and sought time to get instructions, hence Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for withdrawal" on 12.02.2026. Again when the matter came up for hearing on 12.02.2026, the learned counsel for the appellants reported no instructions and hence again the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellants and list the matter on 17.02.2026 under the caption "for appearance of the appellants". When the matter came up for hearing today i.e., 17.02.2026 there is no representation for the appellants. 2.Hence, these appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
