..Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to monitor the investigation conduct by the 3rd respondent with further direction to direct the 3rd respondent to include the section of the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.60 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and add the accused persons and file the final report within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to monitor the investigation conduct by the 3rd respondent with further direction to direct the 3rd respondent to include the section of the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.60 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and add the accused persons and file the final report within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending and the Viscera report has not even received. Under such circumstances, a direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the concerned Deputy Superintendent of Police, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2016.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
