Mr.D.R. Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to issuance of directions by this Court, in a batch of writ petition viz., W.P. No.6776 of 2020 etc., batch the respondents conducted a meeting in compliance of the directions of this Court and thereby, the issue involved herein has been resolved.
