ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 and 4, who were running a company in the name of M/s.KLR & Co., for their business requirements, requested loan from the petitioner. Believing the same, the petitioner collected money from his friends and gave a loan of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) on various dates to the respondents 3 and 4. Out of which, Rs.17,00,000/- (Rupees seventeen lakhs only) repaid and Rs.33,00,000/- (Rupees thirty three lakhs only) yet to be paid, hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint, but no action taken by the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.1362 of 2025 assigned, enquiry conducted, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 appeared on 07.01.2026. During enquiry, both the parties agreed that out of total amount of Rs.50,00,000/-, Rs.9,30,400/- repaid by the respondents 3 Page No.2 of 4

and 4. For the balance amount, the respondents 3 and 4 informed that in the trading the entire money was lost. The petitioner was also agreeable to the same, hence, CSR closed. Suppressing all these facts, the petitioner filed the present petition.

4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, it is seen that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR assigned, enquiry conducted and closed. Suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

5.Finding that the petitioner has not come with true facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition Criminal stands dismissed. No costs.
