Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a necessary direction to the second respondent to rectify the mistake in mentioning the name of the petitioner's husband as Rasu S/o. Ganesan instead of mentioning as Raji, S/o Ganesan in the FIR in Cr.No.42/2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and issue a fresh FIR in Cr.No.42/2017 to the petitioner based on the representation made to the respondents on 06.06.2017. 2.The petitioner's husband name is Raji. In the FIR in Crime No.42 of 2017, her husband's name has been mentioned as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
''Rasu'' instead of ''Raji''. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 06.06.2017 to the second respondent seeking for rectification of mistake. Since, the same has not been considered till date, the present petition has been filed. 3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the present petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
