The applicant has come forward with this application seeking visitation rights.

2. Admittedly, the minor child Lingu Sudhan is studying in VII Standard in a Boarding school. The grievance of the applicant was that the School Authorities are not permitting him to visit the child because the name of the grandfather of the child has been shown as father in the School records.

3. The respondents have now produced a letter addressed to the School Authorities informing them that the applicant is the father of the child and he may be permitted to visit the child during the visiting time i.e., on 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month between 3.30 p.m and 5.30 p.m.

4. In view of the same I do not think that there will be any problem for the applicant to visit the child during the visiting hours as shown in the letter dated 29.03.2019.

5. The applicant has also produced the Fixed Deposit receipts evidencing the deposit of Rs.5,60,000/- in the name of the minor child.

6. Considering the above, this application is closed as no further orders are necessary.
