ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to correct the alleged wrong entries made in patta and A-register in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and she is in possession of the same. She claims that wrong entries have been made in patta and A-register for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which has to be corrected. She had given a representation on 29.12.2025 to the respondents 2 and 3 for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reason, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.12.2025 seeking for correction of the alleged wrong entries in patta and A-register for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
