These petitions have been filed (i) to record the petitioners 1 and 2 herein/appellants 3 and 4 in the appeal suit as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant. (ii) to bring the respondents 2 and 3 herein on record as Respondents 2 and 3 in the above appeal suit as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Appellant - Thulasiammal and the deceased 2nd Appellant - Geetha @ Jeevarathinam. (iii) to bring the 4th respondent herein on record as the 4th Respondent in the above appeal suit as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd Appellant - Geetha @ Jeevarathinam.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post this matter after four weeks.
