ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the

respondents 1 and 2 to delete the name of petitioner's vendor's brother from the patta and "A" Register for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition.

According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. However, in the patta issued for the said property, the name of the petitioner's vendor's brother is included and it also appears in the "A" Register. The petitioner seeks for deletion of the petitioner's vendor's name from the patta as well as from the "A" Register. The petitioner submitted a representation on 08.01.2026 to the respondents, for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated above, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, which includes the petitioner's vendor's brother, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2026, seeking for the deletion of the name of the petitioner's vendor's brother from the patta and "A" Register, more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all necessary parties, including the petitioner's vendor's brother, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
