O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the Memorandum No.1 1792/PJN/Estt/E1/2012 dated 21.03.2012 issued by the respondents, warning the petitioner not to indulge in any anti-Government agitation and in case, if the petitioner involves in any such activity, appropriate proceedings will be initiated under Rule 15(2) of CCS (Conduct) Rules.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to issuance of the impugned Memorandum No.1792/PJN/Estt/E1/2012 dated 21.03.2012, the petitioner was subjected to disciplinary proceedings by issuing charge-sheet and subsequently, all such proceedings have been dropped. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the subsequent events, no adjudication of the matter on merit needs to be undertaken at this stage.

3. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
