O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 28198 of 2014, thereby directed the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.1/1 to an extent of 25 cents situated at Perumalagaran Village, Poonamallee Taluk within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Today both the respondents are present and produced the copy of the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by the first respondent herein.

3. A perusal of the said order reveals that the said land coming under the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Poonmallee Taluk, Chennai and the first respondent directed the Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, Chennai to change the classification in the Village and Taluk accounts, thereby remove the classification as "Government of Tamil Nadu" and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land comprised in Survey No.1/1A to an extent of 25 cents situated at Perumalagaran Village, Poonamallee Taluk.

4. Considering the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by the first respondent, the Tahsildar, Poonamallee Taluk, Chennai - 600 056, is directed to comply the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by the first respondent 2/4

and issue patta in favour of the petitioner, after removing the classification as "Government of Tamil Nadu" in the Village and Taluk account and issue patta within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) lpp //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
