ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 9 to 17 in the Highways based on his representation dated dated 06.01.2023 and reminders dated 02.02.2023 and 13.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, accepting notice for the official respondents, sought for six weeks' time to pass orders on the representation dated 06.01.2023 of the petitioner in accordance with law. 2/4
3. As the prayer sought for in this writ petition is a narrow one, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the official respondents to consider the representation dated 06.01.2023 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
