This petition has been filed to restore the above second appeal in SA.No.2 of 2005 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 02.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection to allow the petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the second appeal in SA.No.2 of 2005 is restored.
