The above Contempt Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.R.Subramanian Advocate for the Petitioner herein; and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of M.Mariappan, filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"This contempt petition was dismissed by speaking order dated 03.08.2017 with a cost of Rs.500/-. Thereafter, the matter stands posted for compliance.

2. Unfortunately, there was no representation on the earlier occasion and even today. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this contempt petition pending any longer. It is needless to state that the contemnor will have to comply with the order of this court. If the order of this court is not complied with so far, the same will have to be complied with atleast within a period of four weeks from today." WITNESS THE HON'BLE SHRIMATI.
