..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders made in i) Na.Ka.No.31/2016 dated 30.11.2016 and ii) Na.Ka.No.21/2017, dated 20.01.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to assess the petitioner's house in Grama Natham S.No.137/1, Thiruneermalai Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District for payment of tax and to provide drinking water connection.
