O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 18.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that earlier this petitioner had filed Crl.OP.No.11305 of 2016, in which, this Court passed the following order:

"This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 07.05.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.255 of 2016 and on a complaint given by the opposite party, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.262 of 2016.

4. Recording his submission, the third respondent Police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed."

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.Nos.255 of 2016 and 262 of 2016 and both were closed.

5. It is seen that this petitioner has given another complaint dated 18.06.2016, in which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.351 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent.

6. Under such circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.351 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
