It is seen from the records that the sole respondent died on 14.08.2023. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo along with the death certificate and legal heir certificate and since no steps has been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated, accordingly.
