ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation amount along with 12% interest for the damages caused to the petitioner's trees and crops in Survey No.211/1D at Adhigarapatti Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, the respondents while laying road, have damaged the trees, which was cultivated in the petitioner's land. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 06.03.2023 before the respondents seeking compensation for the damages caused in his agricultural land. Since the second respondent has not passed any order, the present writ petition is filed before this Court for appropriate directions.
3. Mr.J.Pradeep, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M.S.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent have no objection for said order being passed.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
