PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to forthwith return the petitioner's four cheques issued by petitioner on Indian Bank and Central Bank of India dated 28.2.2007 dated 6th March 2007 and 22nd March 2007 and also refund to the petitioner the sum of Rs.10 lakhs encashed from the Central Bank of India as well as the accounts and records taken from the petitioner's premises on 27th and 28th February 2007.
