The Petitioner/husband has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The above Tr.C.M.P. is filed by the husband seeking to transfer the petition filed by the wife in H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, where the petition in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022 filed by the husband for divorce is pending. However, considering the fact that the wife, even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner-husband, is a cancer survivor and as the distance between the two Courts, viz., Poonamallee and Alandur is not too far, the petition filed by the husband in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022 now pending on the file of the Sub Court at Alandur shall stand withdrawn and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2022.
