ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The petitioner apprehending dispossession on the alleged action taken by the respondents on the pretext that her premises is located on the water body, came forward to file this writ petition.

2. The matter was listed for admission on 12.12.2017 and was called twice in the morning as well as in the evening session and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for petitioner was absent. Therefore, the Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption 'for dismissal' today.

2. Today when the matter is called, once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been evicted and was given alternate accommodation in a tenement vide proceedings dated 21.11.2017.
