COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.06.2015 and investigate into the matter. Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.06.2015 and investigate into the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the petitions enquiry are pending in CSR.Nos.547 & 541 of 2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
