ORDER

This Court while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.14250 of 2016 by order dated 18.04.2016, directed

the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2016 and to pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
