The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the notice issued by the respondent dated 12.01.2012 under Section 12(2) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the 3rd petitioner that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous since the projectin-question has already been completed. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
