Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.01.2019 for sanctioning the Educational Loan to the Petitioner's daughter R. Tamilarasi, who is pursuing II year MBBS Course with the Mari State University Yoshkar-Ola, Russia recognized by Ministry of Education of Russian Federation.

When it is pointed out by Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the representation dated 10.01.2019 made by the Petitioner which is sought to be disposed, has not been sent to any of the Respondents, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Since it is submitted by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the daughter of the Petitioner had been

selected for the Medical Course in Russia, which does not fall within the courses for which Educational Loan is approved, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would make necessary representation before the concerned authorities for including the said course for grant of Educational Loan. It is made clear that no view has been expressed by this Court on the correctness or entitlement of such claim sought to be made by the Petitioner and if such representation is made, the concerned authorities may take appropriate decision on such representation on its own merits in accordance with law.
