R.K.Sethumuthukumarasamypillai(Deceased) v. S.Visalakshmiammal

CMP No.8149 of 2020 in A.S.No.311 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1889 days in filing the petition for the restoration of the appeal bearing A.S.No.311 of 2010 on the file of this Court which was dismissed for non-payment of T and P Department charges on 10.12.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, the application is ordered and the delay of 18891 days is condoned.

4. The above appeal suit is restored to file. Post the main appeal suit for arguments on 06.10.2021.
