(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of six days in filing the above CMA SR No.34081 of 2026 and to direct the Registry to number the same.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent is present. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner before the IVth Additional Family Court, Chennai is the appellant herein. Taking all facts into consideration and owing to the fact that in the appeal, the issue raised before the Trial Court will also have to be examined, and the delay being only six days, and on hearing the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay stands condoned.

4.Registry to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order. When the Appeal is numbered, the name of the learned counsel for the Caveator, Ms.Vasudha Thiagarajan, may be printed in the cause list.
