This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 554 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even though notice served on the respondents, none appeared on behalf of respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise found to be in order, and post the matter for admission on 11.12.2019.
