ORDER

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the subject land was acquired and therefore the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
