It is stated that the petitioner had simultaneously also filed another bail application in Crl.M.P.No.7522 of 2024 before the Principal Sessions Court at Chennai, and the same was dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, by an order dated 14.03.2024. The fact of filing that application has not been disclosed in this petition.

2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
